Founded in 1997, with 30 members, the Jackson Township Sportsman’s Club was formed for the purpose of holding organized group hunting & fishing activities, and promote community involvement in such activities.

Now in 2018, the club has 600 members and growing. The club has become active in Jackson Township area with annual activities such as; an Annual Youth Fishing Derby, Annual Wild Game Feed, Club Christmas Party, Stocking the Elwood Pond annually, and club hunt and trap shoots.

We have made donations to the Annual Guns & Horses Softball Game, Elwood Community Days, Elwood Baseball Program, Youth Hunts, and Team sponsorships. The JTSC also currently leases and has exclusive right to hunt area properties. They are insured for protection of members, and land owners.
