Jackson Township Sportsman’s club
Founded in 1997, with 30 members, the Jackson Township Sportsman’s Club was formed for the purpose of holding organized group hunting & fishing activities, and promote community involvement in such activities.
Now the club has 60 members and growing. The club has become active in Jackson Township area with annual activities such as; an Annual Youth Fishing Derby and Hunt, Annual Gun Dinner, Planting trees in the community, Stocking the Elwood Pond annually and club hunt and trap shooting sports.
We also have made donations to the Annual Guns & Horses Softball Game, Elwood Community Days, Elwood Baseball Program, Youth Hunts, and Team sponsorships. The JTSC also currently leases and has exclusive right to hunt area properties. They are insured for protection of members, and land owners.
